Does drone photography help Airbnb listings?

Drone stills help when the ground set cannot explain the property: water frontage, acreage, a vineyard, a roof deck, a block that looks small from the street. They do not help when the dwelling is a standard apartment with no meaningful outlook.

Guests use aerials to check claims. If the copy says waterfront, the aerial should show that relationship. If it cannot, the photograph will not save the listing.

Aerials are also weather and rule dependent. They are planned as an add-on, not a promise on every shoot.
